I liked this model a lot, so I used Cyanhyena's high res model and scaled it up to 150%. I should have gone 200% but I can print it again. I cut it up and hollowed it out to reduce the material needed. The intent was to have a wall thickness of 2-3mm and therefore hollow. I welded the pieces together, coated in Smooth-Cast 321 and painted. The upper skull weighed in at about 750g and the jaw was about 400g.
It is not cut up into the largest pieces but cut up so that it would reduce supports. Supports at needed on most of the pieces but not all. I recommend brims on everything just for good measure.
The jaw was printed in one piece with 3 shells and 15% infill. A nub was removed to allow the jaw to be flexed just enough to fit onto the upper skull. At this scale the jaw is very rigid.
