You can print without support, but at your own peril. Theoretically, you can print it without support. When I was modeling the figure, I keeping this option in my mind. But I did not take risks and have added support, but only from the bottom.
This is the figure with supports.
You can treat it with acetone for a better appearaance like I did (if you print with ABS).
