I added some rings to allow the horn to be strapped to your head (or in this case the head of a 4 year old at a birthday party)

I printed this successfully with a small brim and grid supports. You can make the resolution finer, but for this piece its not really needed.
Any ribbon should work to tie this to a person's forehead.
