Because the side walls were too thin and fragile to the pressure, I created a smaller cavity (oval shaped).
The fidget was printed with wood pla , 100% infill, 2mm walls. It takes approximately 3 1/2 hours to print (60 speed).
After printing it was sanded a bit to be smoother and coated with acrylic transparent spray paint.
After painting, I prepared a piece of cooking nonstick paper in a very flat surface. I place a bit of hot glue on the paper and pressed firmly the top and after this the bottom until the glue was cold to touch. You can repeat the process for a thicker layer.
Cut off the excess glue with a razor and you are ready!
The fidget is working as the original and is very tough!
