Based off the Armadyl Godsword in Oldschool Runescape, this massive behemoth ends up being 4 feet long and can be printing on any printer that has at least 200 mm^3 bed. I've also included the full model uncut if you want to cut it on your own.
A version that can take a 36" long 3/4" dowel is in the works, alongside a half-scale version of this sword
This was designed in Rhinoceros 6 off in-game inspection and the item icon while in inventory.
If you print this let me know by posting a make! I'd love to see the army of shovel-smiters grow!
Some build tips
-The Blade_Hooks are best printed with some minor support along the last bend to the tip. Very simple to print and easy to remove when support generated is slicers.
-I had luck making the pins at 95% scale but I've left them at full scale so YOU WILL NEED TO DOWNSCALE THEM. Not every printer has the same tolerances so I didn't want to make it harder.
-The pins are meant for more general aligning than as a structural support, so don't expect to be performing a special attack with it. I am working on making a version that you can stick a 3/4" dowel into as a brace, but it is taking longer than expected to model.
-I used Plastic Bonder to glue anything that had meat, so generally all of the central axis used it, only one tube needed. I used superglue for thinner parts, I recommend getting an accelerator for those parts.
-The Mount has 4mm holes, didn't know what would be a good size for them but I could upload more hole sizes if requested.
-BE WARY OF WEAK POINTS. The area that borders between the Gem and Handle parts can be fragile if printed thin. My prototype broke there instead of at the glue joint when it fell over before I had a mount printed.
