I tested it only in the current size.
If you make the model smaller, it can cause problems,
bigger should not be a problem.
Testet with Simplify3d, Layerheight 0,12 mm, Infill 15% (Base 0,2mm).
I deleted superfluous supports and added some new supports to the collar and the ears, see last picture.
