I recommend assembling the 3 parts of the blade and painting the blade and the handle separate before gluing them together with super glue or epoxy. The sword is designed to have a 1/4" rod through the entire center and #8 rod on the sides to help line up the blade sections. You will need to do some putty work on the base to fix the curve. The parts on mine were smoothed with filler primmer and glazing putty. I used Krylon paints and Rub n' Buff for the main blade.

Notes:
You will have to use your own preference for printing. I made mine on a CR10 in PLA with a 15% infill. The only part that needs supports is the blade base.
Model was designed in Fusion 360.
