First off this was not created by me, I got it from Sketchup Warehouse :

Model is roughly 18cm tall so not sure what scale this is , as I have zero knowledge regarding Gundams. (I just like all kinds of robots and mechs).
The arms is relatively pose able with up / down swivel at the shoulder, left right at the bicep , up / down at the elbow and the hand can rotate.
The head can turn left right along with the torso.
I have included a couple of hands that can be chosen to your liking.
The gun hand is two parts, one part has the hand and trigger which you need to glue to the rifle. Same for for the shield. If you prefer not to have the magazine in the hand or shield brace in the other, just use the separate hands.
The crest on the head was tricky to print, so I removed it and made it so you can print it separate and glue to the head later. I have also left the complete head with the crest if your prefer it that way instead.
Insert the legs into the leg pins and before putting the hips_axle into the hips.
Some of the joints is a little tight, just sand them down a bit.
Suggest you dont scale it down too much, as certain parts my be hard to print. Specially the head crest and maybe the fingers on the hands.
Included is a complete model which you can use to work out your own scale to print the separate parts.
