If you're going to print the sections of the dome separately, good luck lining them up, I believe in you.
If you want to print the whole top dome as one piece, a setting that connects overhangs at various angles helps. I set mine to 45˚ (in the 'experimental' section of Cura 4.0), and as those overhangs are typically on the underside of a model, it doesn't detract too much from the look. (be aware that those settings on the lower half of the model will then have its "top" flat areas angled up at 45˚, such as the deck of the ring shaped structures around the narrowest part of the model.
