After looking for a while and not being able to find anything like this online, I decided to make one myself.
The smoke is stolen from the Falcon Heavy project, Alduin from a model a found here on Thingiverse, and the fire from another model I found here as well. I thickened the entire thing in Meshmixer to ensure printability, as the wings from the original model were too thin for a .4mm nozzle. I may remix it later to be the hollow version to accommodate a lamp.

Notes:
Lots of supports is the key here, I use a .2mm separation between the model and the supports to allow for easy cleanup. A parts cooling fan is probably also recommended to ensure the best quality.
