This is a 50mm scale Bull's Eye/Bullet Bill & Blaster combo which is 2 blocks high and 1 block deep. This means the blaster is 50x50x100 mm. I designed it as part of a scene to go with Elitecgi's version of the Quesition Block Switch Game Holder which is 50mm cubed.
The Bill can slide through the Blaster so it can either be placed on the stand, or in the Blaster for adjusting the scene as desired.
Since I was trying to avoid painting I split out the white components from the red and set inserts for them. I am a beginner 3D modeler for real objects and this was a learning expiernece, so there are no real tollerances built in except for bullet size, and attaching the barrel to the base. The arms/eyes are very tight and kept in with friction and a good bit of force. The bull/skull are glued on, and don't have the best fit in the world.
There is a simple stand that should fit and hold the Bill at the same level as the cannon.
Make regular skull for Bullet Bill Blaster
Make better tollerances for bull/skull
Adjust model for easier printing of bull head
