This is a 3D model of a Thoqqua (a extraplanar monster from D&D). I took inspiration from the illustration in the Monster Manual 1 of D&D 3.5:

Notes:
I used rather high support and infill densities in an attempt to get a more precise outer surface. Support touching buildplate is sufficient (the "lay flat" function of Cura is useful to rotate the model a bit more and remove a bit of support).
Support removal
You can heat treat the bottom surfaces with a lighter to smooth out the places where the support left a trace.
