The antlers do NOT need supports
I have attached a pic of the areas that need supports
In regards to printing the indented hearts, no supports were required as my printer is able to do some bridging with the small model size.
If you plan to print it larger than the current file size, those indented hearts will need supports.
To make it easier, I attached a pic of my print settings using Cura.
