The sword Arondight, wielded by the Berserker in the series Fate/Zero. This prop was made as part of complete Berserker cosplay, which will be uploaded when complete.
This model is still WIP. The Blade Guard needs to be trimmed to fit it's neighboring components, I would like to rework the joints, and I should smooth the harsh vertices.
The handle portion has a round slot for 1/2" dowel, while the blade accepts a 5/16" dowel. I plan to unify the hilt to a 5/16" hole as well.
NOTE: The STL's were exported in inches and will need to be converted to metric!

Print two copies of Edge1-4 and both blade guard pieces, one of everything else.
I printed the spine in Silk Silver PLA, the Blade Guard in Silk Black PLA, and everything else in a different Silk Black PLA.
Assembly (as I did it)
Note: I used a heatgun to make parts malleable while fitting them
Seat the both Rings over the Pommel, then slide the pommel into Handle Bottom.
Heat or sand the two handle portions before gluing them together, (the fingers are liable to snap with little pressure)
The assembled handle can be retained in the Crossguard base without glue, thought he arms will need to be adhered to the base.
Assemble the blade starting from the top, seat Spine 6 into Tip 1 (leave top 2 off for now)
Then seat Spine 5 in Spine 6, using a 5/16" dowel to center the parts
Slot an Edge 4 on either side of the spine with it's flat butting up against Tip
(work your way down the blade in this manner)
Glue the Guard Tips to the Guard Bases, but don't glue the bases together yet.
This is a convenient spot to glue, weld and sand the three major components of the prop (the handle, the blade, and the guard) as complete components.
Glue the guard base around either side of the blade, flush with the bottom
Insert a 5/16 dowel into the Blade, then wrap the exposed end of the dowel in enough electrical tape to allow it to sit snugly and center in the Handle.
This model was created in 3DS Max referencing the Fate/Zero materials book and the character viewer of the Fate/Extella Link video game. The faerie letters on the spine were traced in Autocad
