The octopusfolk live in a matriarchal society in which the male's main purpose is to defend the females. As a result, most males are geared towards combat and/or athleticism. Octopusfolk paladins are particularly zealous, especially when facing off against the bestial fish humanoid races that seek to hunt their women under the belief that their organs can be harvested for power.
