These are just the settings I used for my own personal success. Your mileage may vary depending on filament brand, printer model, shop environment, and more.
A well-calibrated printer is key to really nice print quality. Try the following by looking up some tutorials:
Calibrate E-Steps
Calibrate X, Y, Z motor steps
Calibrate "Flow Rate" ("Extrusion Multiplier")
Level build plate
Dial in filament temperature
Toast filament dry with a dehydrator
Slow down print speed
