Base model made in MakeHuman then posed, modelled and sculpted in Blender 3D.
Post made in GIMP.
3 print options:
Full model
Full model without a chain in hand (then you can print chain_ground + chain OR circle-of-chain [as on photo])
Print in parts (legs, lef/right arm, bust and chain parts). You can optimise the rotation of models to have better results or less filament used on supports
When using circle-of-chain heat it up a little to model it like you want, then glue it to model (at least 2 points prefered).
You can do it without heating but chain may break so you will need to fix it.

Notes:
I printed it in parts at 50% size with 0.2 nozzle and 0.1mm layer height with supports set to 'everywhere'. I recommend it to use small nozzle, even on original or bigger size. Tree supports may be better option (but I couldn't get it working for some time).
