Firstborn Deathwatch Space Marine from the Executioners chapter equiped with a Frag Cannon.
Two versions, one at 'normal' firstborn scale and one upscaled a tad to be near on par with Primaris sized Marines. Sorry if he's looking a tad wonky, it was a nightmare trying to get his arms into a decent pose lol
