The main piece can be printed nose down with a little support to keep it from tipping over while printing. I used tree support with success for this, but other structures will work just fine as well. No need for infill at all. Just use enough walls (3 or more) for a rigid model. Be sure to print the additional parts at only 97% to make them fit, because of tolerances.
