This is a WORK IN PROGRESS. Print at your own risk (of wasting filament). This works by loading bands from a square magazine onto a catch connected to a bolt. When you pull the trigger the band on the catch pulls the bolt forward and releases the band, then another band pulls the bolt back where the catch hits a shoe allowing the magazine to rotate a quarter turn. A spring pushing against the shoe resets the catch. So with this design the bolt should cycle making a great sound and the auto should be delayed enough that they all don't just 'buzz off' the wheel all at once like other auto deigns.
The theory is sound, I think I got the tolerances right, but no idea if this will function smoothly until I print and test it. But you're more than welcome to try one, please let me know if it works for you :). All input on the design, and feature request, welcome.
I know the square magazine rubber band guns usually use rockers, I'm trying a spring and a shoe to slow down the ROF and give it a more realistic action. Holds 5 rounds one at a time or 10 if you double up. I MAY try a hex version if this is reliable.
