I cut up Philin_theBlank's original model so Bellsprout could be printed in parts (and different colors). Thank you for your original work!
There are two sets of files here, Small and Large.
Really, the only difference is a small hole that runs through the stem and leaves in the Large files for a small bit of filament cut from the spool to help line things up when gluing it together.
That, and I added a small cylinder to the top of the neck and a hole in the back of the head to make attaching the two easier.

Notes:
The pot, head and mouth are printed without support at 0.2 layer height and 15% infill.
Under Cura's Experimental section, I used the "Make Overhang Printable" option to avoid needing infill on the pot.
The stem was printed without supports at 0.16 layer height because its so small and 25% infill. It was also printed on a raft to keep it stable on the build plate. The raft also made it easier to paint (I didn't have brown filament).
The leaves on the smaller one were printed as flat as possible on the build plate with a bunch of support under it. That made the underside layers a little gross so the larger one's leaves were printed on edge with a raft and tree supports.
The larger files are designed with holes to have a 20mm length of filament run through the center of the stem into the leaves to help index their positioning.
J-B Weld Clear Weld epoxy was used to hold everything together.
The inside of the mouth, eyes and top of the flower pot where the stem goes in is painted with black acrylic.
