Here is my remote controlled Tie fighter. It is drawn in Fusion360, 3D printed and then painted with special metallic paint.

Some of the parts are glued together (cyano), and some parts are screwed together using 2mm machine screws. If you don't need to be able to disassemble it (no flying), then glue will work for all places.

Notes:
I have used PLA, silver for most parts, and black for the frame plates.
Some of the parts can be printed without support, which makes it nicer and easier. To get better details I recommend printing with 0.1 resolution, but 0.2 will also work.
