This is a 28" traffic cone modeled full size and scaled down to HO (1/87) scale in Geomagic Design. The STL file is HO scale. I printed it on my Dremel Idea Builder in white PLA and then painted it. If you look at the photo you can see where the detail gets a bit sloppy towards the top.
