The Shinkiro mech from the anime Code Geass. Unlike the previous two mech models I made; this one does not use ball and socket joints. I designed new joints that uses a piece of 1.75mm filament to keep it together at the pivot (labeled Test Joint V 3 in the stls) and use flexible filament to print out the portion that the pivot swivels on (labeled Test Joint V 3.1). The Arms, Legs, Thighs, Shoulders, Hands and Toes all need to be printed twice, and the wings four times. The stl Test Joint V 3.1 and the neck need to be printed in a flexible filament, everything else can be printed in PLA or ABS. The stl Test Joint V 3.1 needs to be printed 28 times, the stl Test Joint v 3 will need to be printed 9 times and the stl Test Joint V 3.2 will need to be printed twice.
