Print two of each half. Glue sword blade together first, I recommend a good solvent glue or epoxy. Next glue the hilt over the blade, wrap rubber bands over the hilt ends. Glue the handle parts together before attaching it to the hilt/sword piece, I was in a hurry on my first sword and the handle split apart because the glue hadn't finished setting up. If the pieces warp a little you can use a hair dryer or heat gun to soften the plastic and remove the warp.
