This is a model of the BDU-33 practice bomb used by the military to train air crews.
The real BDU-33 is made to emit a large puff of smoke upon impact so the accuracy of the bomb drop can be assessed.
The example shown was printed in blue PLA, hollow with two perimeters. The suspension lug was printed in grey PLA, and the front striker plate was printed in blue PLA and painted silver.
Superglue was used to assemble all the parts.
