Ironman ARC Reactor prop I made for Comic-con, only about 1.5cm thick when assembled so thin enough to be mounted in a t-shirt like I did.
See "ARC_-_All_Items_Example_only.stl" for reference, don't try and print this one. Do it in parts then assemble.
Fairly easy to assemble: The 3 ring supports fit into the backplate. On the ring supports sit the inner rings 4, 3, 2, 1 from the bottom to the top glued in place. Top ring then sits on top of the ring supports. The light ring opaque is where the light should emanate from, print in translucent and add LEDs for effect. I made the light ring from acrylic and sanded down to diffuse the lights. The 10 wire formers then sit on the light ring spaced evenly, wrapped in copper wire, then joined with thicker copper wire.
The backplate is in two variants, one with bigger holes to get larger wires or LEDs through.
Once complete you can fit into a piece of clothing, then use the clamp ring to glue it all in place.
