The best thumb caps that you can find for 608 bearings!
They are threaded with a thread pitch that is easy to use and strong, not that press fit garbage.
Printer:
Anet A8
Rafts:

Supports:
No
Resolution:
.2
Infill:
100
Notes:
I use 100% infill as it makes the bolt side of the caps much stronger and it doesn't add much time/material to the print.
I would suggest printing at least 2 sets at a time or adding it to your print at the moment. This gives the caps enough time to cool down between layers. If you don't do this the bolt side of the caps will have issues.
Cleanup
Whatever your printer leaves for drool from crossing between the two parts you'll need to cleanup to make sure it'll fit in the 8mm bearing. The 'nut' side of the caps is actually 7.8 and it barely fits, i'm sure this is due to me being a novice. After using a knive to clean up the drool I take an emry board to smooth out any other imperfections.
Found 999 wrong ways to make a thumb cap....
I've had several revisions that were borderline OK, some I've used for dozens of spinners. But I decided to look into the things that I hated most about the caps. The fact when you are trying to work them in to each other you'll wear out the ends of your thumbs from threading and un-threading back and forth. This is the reason for the dimples around the rim.
